The Royal Plaza hotel was very convenient to Disney Parks, how ever i will not stay at this hotel again. First of the bathrooms are filthyyyyy. I got a room with a disney view very nice room but when i opened the bathroom door , i was sooo disgusted to see all the mildew all over the bathroom, i went to the frontdesk they were very helpfull and gave me another room, which was also nice but again there was mildew all over, my hotel room was prepaid through travel online so i had no choice to stay in this hotel for the full stay. Also the parking fee is ridiculous!!!!!! I got a very good price for this hotel but i prefer paying a little more and stay at a cleaner hotel. I also had problem with the TV. we had to keep un banging on the tv to work. I WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The hotel itself was ok. The walls were a bit thin for my liking; I shouldn't be able to hear the person in the next room blow their nose or cough. The light in the bathroom didn't always work. There was a sliding door on the closet that was off its railing. There was also an $* resort fee per day. This, in addition to the $* parking fee, also per day, added up. Next time, I will stay at a Disney Resort, which offer free parking at the hotel, as well as the parks.

I would NOT recommend this hotel. The rooms are small, the customer service is terrible. I had to call 6 nights out of the 9 i stayed there to get sheets and pillows for the pull out hideaway! The cable was less than stellar. They have no movie channels or pay per view ability whatsover. On a couple nights the TV just flat stopped working and I had to call customer service and the guy came up and actually BANGED on the TV to get it working! The internet is not included as its $* per day. The pool was dirty. What I thought was the icing on the cake was the $8 per night hotel conveinence charge that I was presented with on checking out. The hotel is not close to anything. On day 1 i asked if there was a Walgreens close to the hotel and the guy said oh yea you can walk there in 10-15 minutes. It was 2 miles away 1 way! So you have to take a cab to everything if you dont rent a car. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

My daughter and I just recently stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel and we had a fantastic time. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was very nice and clean and my daughter really enjoyed the poolside. Overall we had a great vacation and would return again.
