We have stayed many times and prefer this hotel. Great location. Always very clean, Great bathrooms, nice staff and comp. shuttle service to all Disney locations. Prefer it to most Disney property hotels except the higher end ones.

overall this hotel is a safe and clean hotel but the thing is where they get you where they dont mention when you are booking your room(s), there are a lot of hidden fees which if you on a budget or financially planning your vacation this can break your wallet. i would say this an "a la carte" hotel!! they charge you for just about everything, wi-fi($10/day), parking($*/day plus parking tax), on top of the "hotel fee"($8/day). im not a smoker but if you happen to smoke in your room and by the way the rooms have balconies but the sliding glass door only opens to about an inch, the hotel charges you $* for smoking. if you happen to order out or bring food to your room room service cannot tell what is trash and what you are saving so you are stuck with your room smelling like food until you get back from all the parks and recreation that orlando has to offer. overall i would not come back to this hotel

This is a great property with large rooms that are perfect for families. It is located very close to restaurants, convenient stores, and anything else that you may need. The staff were very friendly, check in was quick, and the room was very clean and comfortable.
