I have stayed at Sheraton Hotels all over the country this the worst ever. I have never stayed at a bad Sheraton before this one. Do not let other reviews fool you. My room had patches of the carpet worn all the way to the subfloor. There was a dirty towel mixed in with the clean ones.

This property was a huge disappointment and a disgrace to the Sheraton name. We have stayed at Sheratons before and never experienced what we did on this trip. First off the room was old and run down. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling up and the floor wasn't very clean. There was actually hair in the corner. Gross. But worse than that was the towels. I grabbed a towel to take a shower and it was covered in huge yellow stains. Now we all know that when staying in a hotel other people have used the towels, but come on that is nasty. They should check for things like that. The second towel I grabbed was worse. It was rolled up neat and tidy on the shelf, but when unrolled it looked as if someone had eaten cheetos or doritos or some orange substance and wiped their hands on it. Orange crumbs everywhere. I complained and clean towels were sent up, but that just goes beyond unclean. The bed was uncomfortable and the halls smelled funny. The elevator made creepy noises as if it could quit working at anytime. Bad overall experience!

This property has been the worst I have been to in all of my traveling experiences. Online travel website was completely deceptive in its pictures and descriptions. We have had wonderful experiences with Sheraton properties in the past, but this hotel abuses the Sheraton name. This building and its contents are old, need A LOT of maintenance, and have very poor staff. Don't buy your theme park tickets there either because they'll sell them to you for an extra $10 a ticket than what they're sold for at the gate to any of the theme parks. There was by the way, no wait for tickets at any of the theme parks. The pool is in very poor shape, It needs to be cleaned, have the concrete replaced in it and aorund it, update its lounge chairs, and the towels are rough and paper thin-TERRIBLE. Needless to say we only used the pool one afternoon and avoided it the other 3 days we were there. The shuttle to the theme parks DOES NOT RUN EVERY 30 MINUTES AS PROMISED. Each park has a different shuttle that leaves the hotel at 2 different times or less in the morning and 2 separate times or less in the eveing-ABSOLUTLEY nothing in between-so you'll have to pay for a taxi to take you to and from the theme parks at any other time. The rooms are tiny, the TVs are outdated, The bathroom needs to have its ceiling replaced, the list goes on and on. PLEASE stay at a Disney Resort if you're taking your family to DisneyWorld and considering this property-we have in the past and will do so in the future-you'll spend a lot less money and have a much more pleasant experience when you retreat to your

I stayed at this Hotel with my wife and children; on the last day somebody broke in to our Room stealing our personal items. The roomb s entrance doorb s locking mechanism was not working properly and it was also a surprise for me to find out that according to the Assistant Manager the Hotel does not have Video Cameras installed. I sent a complaint to the Customer Service Department at Starwood Hotels & Resorts; but of course they did not accept any responsibility.

My boyfriend and I stayed here because it was more affordable than other hotels we found and were very happy with our stay. The staff was always very friendly and we didn't have any cleanliness issues like other reviewers say; maybe we just lucked out. The restaurant is pretty expensive though, but there's a free shuttle that picks up and takes you to all the Disney parks multiple times throughout the day, as well as downtown Disney. The pool area was also really nice! I would recommend it if you didn't want to pay an arm and a leg to stay at the Disney resorts near the park. It was still convenient and within walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket.
