The hotel room was clean and beautiful. The hotel staff very courteous. The facilities are very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again, however, watch out on the internet fees. I knew up front that I was going to have to pay to use the internet $9.99 for a 24 hour period. But I needed to check in online for my flights and forgot my printer so I had to use their business center where they charged me again for the internet and over $1 a page to print. The total fee for checking in online for my flight was over $20 on top of the $9.99 I had already used to access the internet. Ouch!

We just got back from a 5 night trip with travel online. After 2 days in the Caribe we couldn't take it anymore. There are three buildings all surrounding a single grounds area with a curved pool w a waterfall in the center. It isn't really that big either. The pool was jammed with loud children till it closed every night at 11pm. We went with our two boys as well - but we expected at least some of the vacation to be able to be romantically peaceful - no chance at the caribe. One thing though the caribe gym was exceptional - but no real concilation. We left and stayed at the gaylord the last 3 nights - even though our room at the caribe still paid for. No regrets at all - the gaylord palms has an adult pool too & the grounds are spectacular - our vacation was saved.

We happened to have stayed in a junior suite which consisted of a bedroom with two double beds as well as a sitting area with a pull out sleeper couch. Two beautiful flat screen tvs in each room and absolutely comfortable bedding. I do not believe I could afford this hotel during high season and the price I got from Travelocity for the hotel's off season was quite affordable. Room also had a coffee machine, a microwave and a small refrigerator as well as an iron and ironing board and a blow dryer for guests. Wireless service also availabe (for a charge). This would qualify as a "home away from home" hotel.
